Phil's Pizza was built on one simple promise: make the kind of pizza you'd actually crave at midnight. Not fancy. Not trendy. Just an honest Chicago pizza made with good ingredients and total commitment to getting it right.

We make our dough fresh every morning — no frozen crusts, no shortcuts. Our tomato sauce is simmered from whole crushed tomatoes with a recipe that hasn't changed since we opened. Our cheese is always full-fat mozzarella because anything else is just wrong.
